I had a conversation with a troll about DADT earlier. It went like this:
Me: open gays in combat arms is bad
Troll: stop it, you are generalizing that gays in the military is bad. it has made no difference at all.
Me: So, are you in combat arms?
Troll: Any personal experience you may have is irrelevant. Look at this unbiased non-partisan non-political study.
Me: *Looks at study* Your study is from a pro-gay organization. Their sample of interviews from combat arms was a total of 2. And you think any reasonable member of the armed forces is going to put their name on something negative about it? Go join the infantry, then come back when you have credible experience and we'll talk.
Troll: *silence*
