my personal favourite is those in one game who bought $500 gold skins (a gold paint job, and an advert that you're an overly rich tosser) get one of the worst scores in the match consistently in some of the most powerful chassis :D

And then there's the Gun Mettle weapons. You pay for a pass, that allows you to be rewarded in reskins of basic weapons for stuff most players do all the time! "And of course buying taunts and hats make you better than other players." So what if I'm wearing a Gibus? I got it for dominating other people, for actually being good, and people think it's a sign that I'm a bad player? I remember when I killed someone on King of The Hill and someone said "I can't believe I was just killed by a Gibus Heavy" and I'm thinking "What's that supposed to mean?"
