As a vet.. i can tell you papers can get misplaced in just moving. Still.. nothing pissed me off more than "pretenders".

I agree lying is bad. I just have to wonder about the thought process one has to go through to harass a homeless looking person for his papers before kicking five bucks his way. I don't see how it's worthwhile.
