I don't see anyone in the car. If you're talking about what's behind the steering wheel, I don't see how that can be a body/body part.

It's a persons arm going towards the driver side dash and their head is going towards the passenger side and obscured from view. I can use ctrl+mouse wheel to zoom in on the page and see it. Maybe you can too. But it's clearly a person. Whether or not they're dead is hard to tell from a single photo angle, but the arm does look damaged. :l

Sure looks like it to me...wow...that's definitely an arm.
