It's possible...I don't eat at McDonalds so I don't know if they did or not...

Same here since I was old enough to buy what I want. I'll have to look that up and see if that was a real menu item.

I did, however, verify that the McDonalds here does in fact, serve some of the items on "the secret menu"....one of these days I'm gonna try the "Land, Sea, and Air" burger...

Yeah, just google "McDonalds Secret Menu" and check it out....there's some crazy stuff on there dude....

Apparently though, the sausage McMuffin is also the McSausage. So that is a real thing. Eww. :l

I dunno. One of them is called the McGangbang. I don't think that's real. And if it is, who would risk eating it? :l

Who would risk eating any of that stuff? I'm diabetic so that's the only reason I haven't tried the one I mentioned above....LOL
