It's because it's all the rage to be anything but straight and male or female right now. You can be a man trapped in a woman's body, a woman trapped in a man's body, a neutral gender in your mind but intersex on the outside or male or female or shemale or feshemale or an interfeshemaleconqueso. Damn. Let's just call them all people. It's just getting too confusing to remember and identify all these genders.
