The Loop is a place that doesn't really exist, it's a fictional location to deter people from fishing in your spot or finding out the secret place you obtained something. If people ask you where you caught that fish or where you bought something and you don't really want them to know - you respond with "The Loop". Like "Not in the loop" so I can't tell you.
