The black/grey bar at the top -
If you click the word "imgflip" you will be able to scroll through memes, either "Hot" or "Latest."
If you click the box marked Create, you can make your own memes etc (but you already know how to do that).
If you click the double arrow symbol, you can "flip" through images randomly.
