There's this one guy who keeps downvoting my comments, he'll down vote this one too.

Yeah, I have someone who follows me around with 3 accounts. How else can you explain a back-and-forth with him/her on an old meme and my comments get 3 downvotes? It's an old meme and the 3 downvotes are usually within an hour.

Me too! I made a meme stream to try and raise awareness about it, but it actually got me more downvotes.
