Unconstitutional Drug Testing

What good have they done the work place is no safer and just as many people dong things they are told not to there are a couple new business's now though.

I want people to be safe on the roads that's proving they know how to drive and a drug test has nothing to do with knowing your job or safety at work,A drug test cant even tell them if a person is doing anything illegal or legal during work hour's but there performance does thats all that should matter to them.

Some jobs require advanced alertness in the event of exigent circumstances.. like.. A pilot. Imagine a pilot performing well because there are no pronlems.. then "BAM".. AFT WING ENGINE ON FIRE.. turbulence.. etc. He needs to be alert. So random drug testing deters the urge to sniff a little coke etc. They need to be focused and alert.

people do what ever drug they want on the week ends and be fine by monday or tuesday as long as they dont smoke pot.People go get drunk then a few hours later go to work but thats ok a pilot having a few then catching a nap before a trip is far more worse than a pilot smoking some pot several days before flying or even a few hours.Either way no one should do any of it at work or when it would affect your job and no one should be aloud to search any one for just working and doing a good job.

Legal nazis.. don't want to search the person they suspect, so they shake down every 1 at random. . Just like the TSA. Can't "profile"... so we all get prison rape searches.
