It's definitely a subject that requires debate on a case by case basis. I think it can't always be seen as bad guy vs good cop or bad cop vs good guy. And I fully understand that there is a ridiculous amount of black on black crime. It's a completely different argument. There is a cycle of violence that is misunderstood. Everytime you hear about a grandma or a child getting shot accidentally by gang gun fire, that gets "dealt" with. Then there is more retaliation. So on an so on. Most people outside of these communities don't understand that. It's all about revenge.
