Yeah, but they don't do it in a clandestine way, e.g. they don't steal the parts in the middle of the night, from the "body part bin." That's still illegal in America. The family or power of attorney for the deceased must first donate the corpse. In the case of Planned Parenthood, they were doing the equivalent of body snatching, which is illegal.
