cant blame you. I like euro bands myself. Blut im auge by Equilibrium is AMAZING even though the whole thing is German. Alestorm is funny yet awsome. Sabaton, Ensiferum, DragonForce of course, Kontrust, Vader, Helloween, Rammstein. Just to name a few. All Euro. All kickass.
