Driving cars/bikes/planes/helicopters, shifting from 1st-person to 3rd-person, holding a wide variety of weapons all at once, purchasing property, cover-system (like GoW), & customizing characters & vehicles (which is FTW :3). But Call of Duty has nice stuff like perks, kill-streaks, being able jump, & a few other things I believe. But overall, I think GTA is more fun & has a wider variety :)

Agreed. I'm glad I have it on the One, as there's no first-person on the 360 (it's good to let people decide for themselves, not force them to be in a certain perspective).
Oh yeah, in GTA you can use parachutes, & there's snacks in which you can boost your help (which I think is pretty fair) :) Seems like GTA has A LOT more things you can do xD
