"Oy vey" and "shalom" are expressions known to English speakers. (They're from a Jewish cultural background, and therefore necessary for the joke.)

No I've never heard of ov vey and shalom dude i dont know where ur from I mean my pic keeps auto correcting those words to English words I don't know one person who understands them
