Best part is, you can always mill out the receiver to make it like the 858 and making them select fire is difficult due to parts availability. No reason to prohibit or restrict anything in Canada, a guns a guns a gun.
We have less shootings because our guns owners take gun safety serious and we dont have as much people as the states, if Canada has the population of the states we would actually have almost the same amount of shootings ;-)
