But overall it may do less harm, worldwide, than allowing the terrorist states and organisations to continue their plans. It should be at least given consideration.

The states' reputation is already suffering. It has the world's largest prison population, multiple crimes committed everyday, and there are many people under educated.

There are pros and cons to the idea. But it's definitely not a ridiculous idea. And if they are going to do it, obviously the earlier is better (because the less ISIS has spread, the smaller the area to wipe out). But I don't think the US is going to do it.
