Technically you aren't supposed to say the and.

I suppose it depends on what country you are in as well. I'm English, so we would never say "one-oh-one" for example, always "one hundred and one".

Interesting. I was taught to just say "one hundred one" and to use the and for fractions, like "one hundred one and one half."

It's one hundred one, one hundred two, one hundred three, etc.

Like Blimp says, in England you say one hundred and one, one hundred and two etc.
