My opinion on your opinions, in order: Why does that concern you; so are celebrities, Judicial Review/ Marbury v. Madison (the Supreme Court does have this power, have you even taken a Government class [or American History. Federalism won at the Civil War], additionally it should be legal just because it doesn't concern straight people); Guns I don't object to, just more background checks so we don't have mentally unstable people shooting up schools (like for instance a psych exam to get a license); he's in office for one more year, stop commenting on him it's not like it makes a difference right now; once you cite freedom of speech, you are basically saying the most compelling point of your argument is your right to say it. Also, freedom of speech means the government can't arrest you for what you say. It doesn't mean anyone else has to host you while you say it, or not argue against it.
