FAIL. The debate is not about whether someone who is shot and killed is dead vs. whether someone who is killed in an auto accident is dead. Both are dead and yes, to the dead person it doesn't much matter. But that's NOT WHAT THE DEBATE IS ABOUT. The debate is whether or not we should restrict guns to avoid future murders and attacks. So "it doesn't make much difference" is actually a complete logic fail when applied to the ACTUAL topic of debate. smdh
