Now we've taken up all the senses

Well not really because scientists think that there could be 17-22 senses.

I heard about that. Like a sense of balance, common sense (which apparently, isn't so common at all) and a sense of humor.

Beat me to it!

Our nose has a smell, but we are so used to it we ignore it.
You can smell someone's else nose tough.

Actually, you smell your nose all the time. It's just that your brain "discards" that information (since it's your own smell). This is also why you have a hard time trying to smell your self.
