Its a meme talking about myself tho. When I walk up in the store I think people are thinking what I'm thinking. I don't think the guy in the pic is empty headed as he is shocked.

i see how my meme could be taken to mean that no one else is thinking what he's thinking (which, if he weren't thinking anything, he'd get no responses anyway). but i think memes need enough information for the viewers to relate, and some people solve this by putting it into the title, but i think the meme itself could explain everything.
