No, but because the trolls get banned quickly that means they make new accounts and that means they have low level icons and so now low level icons is a symbol of a troll. Tigerman or something made a meme about it a week ago or something.

Yes they updated meme stream settings. Since trolls spam porn on meme streams, the owner of the meme stream has the option to check the box saying users under 10,000 points cannot post on meme stream and need to have at least a 30 day experience on this site.

I just checked. There's a problem with my e-mail. It never gets verification e-mails, just from 3 people that I know. (So I didn't get the verification e-mail). I'm going to try to create a new e-mail address this summer. So, yeah.

I've done that three times already. I don't know if it's my wifi or something else. I don't get e-mails from anyone or website except three people.
