I'm showing this to my Native American friend. I always give her flak for her heritage, and this is too good to pass up. xD

That would be true, if in fact the original cultures that settled the land still existed. There is good reason to believe that every bit of habitable land (or at least desirable land) on Earth has changed hands violently at least once.

First...is still first...
And 10,000 years, +/-, is plenty of time to be considered "native".
