No, I guess you're reading it wrong! Instead of promoting violence, if you are going to shoot a cop, then use a camera, phone, or video recorder.

If an officer thinks that they can break the law and get away with it, then you have to catch them in the act. Instead of shooting them with a gun, get their corrupt actions on camera and either have then fired or put in jail.

That's what I thought but I had to read it three time to figure it out and I still wasn't sure
