When life gets tough, the weak get downvoted...or not?

I feel you. Everyone begs for originality but they they only like popular memers. It's like what do you have to do to get likes around here?

Actually, I find I get many more laughs looking at memes of people I have never heard of nor seen on the front page. In fact, I've only discovered these otherwise invisible users through the leaderboard. I never see them on the front page.
