I went to latest and then changed the page number in the URL, it only appears after the second page. Did you see how many months ago it was made?

There's at least 142,576 memes on the site, and again, that number goes up every day...

But for non pro users, who apparently make up almost all of the Imgflip population, memes without very many views or upvotes get deleted, so that number also goes down every day.
