Conan got the shaft

actually it was Jay Leno before Conan.. almost forgot about Leno.

Leno had a few good skits, and his interview skills were good, but he was too vanilla for my liking.

To go from Leno to Conan was too much of a leap for a lot of viewers.

even though Conan toned down his shtick when he went to the Tonight Show.

Jimmy Fallon is excellent as host.

excellent impressions, singing, a few good original sketches.
