A troll is a user who came to the site to purposely make everyone angry.

So how do we stop them?

a user friendly reporting system, i don't think the users can do much, because they feed off attention

So just ignore them?

downvote if you want but i wouldnt make a big deal and respond to them, it just feeds the trolls. The site admin needs to have a good reporting system
