Just load some images into the "Templates" section of your account. Then press the "My Templates" button when you want to Meme a Comment on a post. If you want to use other IMG images besides the "Popular Meme" ones, you'll have to download the pics, then upload them to your Templates. It takes a little time, but it's not that much of an effort.
