The article talks about a statement he made where he acknowledged that the law prohibits a third term AND THAT HE WOULD RESPECT IT, to encourage leaders of African nations (to whom he was talking at the time) to step down from their excessively long terms.
AT NO POINT does that article say that Obama wants to change the law to get a third term, which is what your claim is.
