To be honest on my personal opinion, I think naming yourself the down vote fairy is fine. It's not like the other hundred poeple who named themselves the down vote fairy have any difference nor any actual relation to the down vote fairy because of their name other than the fact they want to get attention.

I was going back and forth with another user...but he deleted all his posts so I did the same
