I play video games all the time thank you. I'm confused about an old man saying, "games has" and what a day one patch is.

Sorry, it's meant to say "games had".

A day one patch is when instead of a game company (say "EA") having a team to test play a game, they release a very buggy game (say "Battle Field 4") and patch it a few hours after the midnight launch. That's what causes games that are (or could have been) great to have a bad launch. Back in his day (Like Pacman), there where no bugs, because people got stuff done.

Oh okay, well that makes sense.:)
