spam account would be used to upvote your own memes, or downvote someone else's. I've had several people with spam accounts comment on and downvote my memes talking shit, so I go to their profile and there's no memes, no other comments, nothing. They made the account just to troll/downvote me and likely upvote their other account that I was probably ragging on at the time rope a dope meme stylie wicked n wiley. Yo.
