*Ahem* I was assigned a paper for AP Physics where I had to choose a scientific debate, pick a side, and write said paper on it. I disproved the Big Bang four times without using God or Christianity as a point of reference, instead using only math, logic, and science itself.

Not meaning to be a smartass, but I'm sure you'll understand my skepticism of that claim. Unless your falsification has been peer reviewed and determined to be scientifically valid, you can't legitimately claim to have disproved anything.

Thanks! But last I checked, something doesn't actually NEED to be disproved if it can't be proved in the first place. That, my friend, is disproval all on it's own. Feel free to attempt to convince me (no sarcasm, I'm actually being genuine).

It's true enough that something that can't be proven requires no disproof, but science doesn't deal in proof. It deals in evidence, and at present, the preponderance of evidence supports the BB theory. That doesn't prove beyond any doubt that it's correct, of course, but it'll remain our go to explanation until and unless new evidence points us toward a better one. Membrane theory offers some interesting possibilities along those lines, but so far the new theory isn't quite robust enough to supplant the old one.

But what's the evidence of said theory? That, I have yet to understand.
