HA! I just started laughing at this being acted out in my head.

This has happened before... to a guy who wasn't wearing underpants. After he tripped, the police caught up and arrested him. As they led him away, his pants fell down again.

If sagging were popular back when..........Wiley Coyote would likely have sagged.
