Who said we came from monkeys?! And, monkeys are done evolving because they suit their environment. It's called natural selection and I really hope this was just a joke. And if it isn't, you're dumb as hell.
In evolution, some of a species will branch off and evolve, whereas the others stay the same. This has been tdsifo the Science Guy!

Sometimes I do have to question evolution for neurological reasons. Our brains do some f**king retarted stuff. This entire subject is very confusing to me.
