It's a good thing and a bad thing I mean if it's almost lunch time and they are whispering you can wait for that long time and then have some lunch

Had a teacher that did this for the first half of grade 8. Nothing got done. Especially because when it happened, like 7 people swore like nuts XD

My class didn't whisper they just walked up to each other and talk
