To keep out junkies, that shoot up their blood with heroine in the bathrooms and to control who is in there etc. Common sense if you ask me..

Well yeah, but then it inconveniences those who have been on the highway FOREVER looking for somewhere with a bathroom and you've gone miles on a stretch of road without a single sign of relief. Believe me I've been there and BOY! did my kidneys hurt.

There's a reason for it. junkies is one of em as someone already put out there. the second reason that I have a feeling no one cares but water prices has been going up slowly where I live.

to me that makes sense cause when I was working in a local shop we didn't want people come in to our store just to use the bath room and leave. it's costs money to use water.

well we dont pay for water here, and we dont have "junkies" like you may have in your hood
