Two different things man, two different things. One deals with the natural held right for a female animal (in this case a human female) to dispose of a dangerous or unneeded pregnancy (something rather natural when we get down to it since most species will dispose of unwanted young, though usually after they have emerged from the womb), the other is mostly dealing with native american lineage people (mexicans and south americans have strong native lineage for the most part) traveling through the americas to escape gang violence and the sex trade in the hope of finding a better life in north america. They are different things and cannot tactfully be compared.

OK, the woman can do what she wants with the child after it's born, then. Besides, conservatives aren't against immigration, they just want people to come into America legally, which can be done.

I don't know how old you are or where you live, but my experience with conservatives has been very negative. They insist that being brown equates to being evil, illegal, or muslim (depending on accent and/or country of origin). All whites are non-natives to the Americas and thus should not be complaining; i have no problem with immigration of those that have native american lineage migrating from one country to another unhindered so long as they are not criminals. The issue is that our government has endorsed and enabled violence to proliferate in south america. It is only right we let the victims and would be victims come to the US. So you are cool with women killing viable babies that have come out of the womb alive? Alrighty then...

Killing a baby before or after birth is no different.

So would you then compare an induced miscarriage of a non-viable foetus to murder, even if the woman and foetus would both die if there was no induced miscarriage as in the case of an ectopic pregnancy?

You can't be perfectly certain the mother and baby would both die. Unusual things happen (I call the miracles). I do indeed consider that to be murder.
