Well, during his mysterious absence from about 13-30 years old, the idea has been thrown around that he visited Asia, including what is now India. There are some scholars that believe he learned the ways of buddhism and that is why he returned to his homeland with seemingly magic (though entirely not magic) healing abilities and a peaceful worldview. Those were things he could have easily learned in Asia. It's a pity they executed him before he could really influence those around him in an even more positive way. It's also a pity how christianity corrupted his teachings by demanding the old testament and the torah be a guidebook for christianity. Jesus taught against many of the torah's teachings because they favored sadism. Anywhoo, excellent meme :)
