After learning about Thorium energy

i don't know anything about thorium energy, however there are many more cleaner, cost efficient, and arguably safer, forms of energy production out there, however it comes back to our economy, money, misc fluff like patents, cyclic consumption, but also the potential loss of jobs. not to mention infrastructure

we still use and produce incandescent light bulbs, even tho they burn out faster than any bulb out on the market today, they use more electricity, and they are cheap to buy which encouraged people to continue buying them despite the alternatives available. the more people who buy them, the more that end up in the landfills, or out to sea.
