These last few weeks have been a challenge because it seems like my old friends are turning away and have said I'm annoying | Serious post. Lately it feels like everyone hates me and even my friends are being a bit stand offish. I think it's because of my ADHD, which has become a lot more apparent than before. I don't know why I'm about to take advice from random strangers on the internet but what should I do; kinda depressed ngl | image tagged in memulus's epik announcement template, help, please | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

First, don't automatically assume people hate you. I know it's easier said than done.
"You should never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity, ignorance, or incompetence."

Second, if you think your ADHD is affecting your relationships you should probably just talk to the people you think are being affected by it and ask for their side of things.
Though, I will point out, that your friend should also be communicative about issues if they are having them.

Third, remember that ADHD isn't a character flaw. You shouldn't feel ashamed of your symptoms.

Forth, not everyone is going to like you. People change over time, and most people are temporary in our lives.
I personally believe that people are lessons that need to be learned in order to love yourself and the world around you more; there for you to grow and strength, both literal and metaphorical.

prepare some time for youself, and a quick way to get rid of friends who you think don't car about you is to stop texting/socializing with them, and let them be the one to initiate it. Work on yourself before others first
