Oorak is the God of Time and Space in The Wacky Adventure of Sousuke Kobayashi. At his peak in the story he is at a multi-omniversal level of power. He can stop time, create rifts to transport anything to anywhere within his own physical bounds (that being his omniverse), and manipulate space to his own will; e.g. manipulation of gravity.

he is a sword. he can turn into human form. his name is Yūgure. as a sword, he is indestructible, slices through near anything, and is sentient. he has extremely high intelligence, charisma, and wisdom. he has dusk magic, which can cause hemorrhaging, aneurysms, and even instantly remove the walls of all your blood vessels if you use lots of mana. he has infinite mana. his speed is near infinite, in human form. as a sword, he cant move without external force. he one shot a character that can resurrect himself by literally flicking his hand at the guy (turning him into a red splat on a wall, no bones, no organs, just blood splatter.) and is easily annoyed/irritated. he has an IQ of 300, and he hates humans. he literally killed the ultimate knight (multiversal level, in my lore. ask for lore. and turned him into a blood splatter. whenever he reverts to sword form, he instantly teleports to "The Room of Death" which has a library of every spell book for black magic, has cursed weapons, armor from fallen heroes, and a pedestal made of telekill (Google it) alloy, the only alloy that makes it so he can rest as a sword. (his tier, extraversal, is way stronger than omniversal)

okay so the writer is a entity that is way beyond the definition boundless who has complete control over all fate in every universe and their alternate timelines. it observes all dimensions, past present and even the future by theses scrolls that has all of the universes history and fate written on it and make sure everything is complety fine. but if someone were to say try to change fate or surpass the writer, the write can just rewrite that persons fate to end or just complety remove them and any ounce of them in all multiverse (aka once their gone, all of them in every thing else is gone too).
