"o algo" is a dogwhistle originating from the soyjak party site. It is used as a way to desensitize people to real world issues, or literally anything for that matter, similar to a tactic used by the CIA (memetic warfare). The term "O algo" itself is spanish for "Or something", and the caricature typically depicted as the "o algo guy" is a racist caricature of hispanic people.
Note: Dogwhistles are not meant to be immediately identifiable. "O algo" the average unaware individual would see this and think "Yeah, this means 'or something" in spanish' when in reality it is being used for much more malicious purpose.
