Attacked the 22 villain gangs that have you ordered to attack and raise all over Musutafu and killed every single member of all those villain gangs in one night, and showing that he doesn’t kill heroes. All For One, likely planing for The Doom Slayers retaliation against his latest crimes against humanity, took more precautions against the hyper advanced AI (VEGA) and made a back up plan just in case the villain gangs failed. After all, his true intentions aren’t rising Hell across Musutafu, that was just a distraction for his true intentions, nothing said where to get the distraction from. So he planned that if the vigilante destroyed the original catalyst for the real plan, he’ll use the vigilante’s own attack on him against The Vigilante and for his own benefit. Using the distraction uncreated by The Vigilante who killed his original and intended distraction launched an attack on Musutafu General Hospital and saved the very best, deprived, monstrous, vile, hideous, evil, sick and inhuman for last: The Bloody Bogans (another OC villain organisation). The League of Villains:; The League of Villains:; Yeah I’m out, good luck everyone! Well fuc-; The Heroes, on their last legs, cornered to the very edge of the room and ran out of every other option, decide to rightfully take the option to kill The Bloody Bogans, slaughtering them like they did to the innocent civilians, police, patients, Pro Heroes and doctors. The majority of the Pro Heroes surviving and even going through Quirk Awakenings, becoming even stronger. And even beating the hell out of Dabi. (Also The Doom Slayer got word of the attack from VEGA and is there as well). So now the LOV has to deal with the very real possibility of the Pro Heroes (and let’s still not forget The Doom Slayer) killing them all for their heinous crimes or at least mutilating and maiming and severely injuring them.
