In the show (which doesn't exist), Serial Designation S uses Uzi's body to bring Cyn back to life.
Cyn is still the one in charge, but S is a lot closer to her now, and he acts as if almost on equal footing.
For reasons I'm currently not planning to explain, he also gains mental control over DD units and almost all Solver users.
