I grew up in a mega church with an amazing pastor, multiple locations with multiple location pastors, concert like worship and a huge community I get to call my church family. Now there are some mega churches that do money grab and they aren’t real churches but mine raises money to grow the church for Jesus. Concert like worship is completely acceptable as long as you worship with Jesus in your mind and heart. Did the people not dance and sing and be loud for god when making the walls of Jereco collapse? And prosperity preachers have been made to look horrible under the eyes of society. They preach mostly what your pastor probably preaches, prosperity is not a bad word, it came from the Bible and these preachers may have different theology than you but that doesn’t mean they’re horrible or wrong. People have made stereotypes about these things and honestly they’re just as Christian as you are and others. I love my church so much and I don’t think other churches are wrong for the way they do things, I may not agree with some things but I don’t hate on them for it. I’m not saying everyone does I’m saying to respect other churches and communities because you never know.
