You said "if there truly is a god, and he LOVES everyone, then why TF does he say not to love and appreciate trans people"
In the Gospels, Jesus comes across a crowd of people who are about to stone a woman for commiting adultery. God clearly said not to commit adultery in the 10 commandments
So her punishment, of course, was death
But Jesus loved her
So he said to the crowd "whoever is without sin, may cast the first stone"
And they all dropped their stones and left
Because everybody sins and commits all kinds of sins
So that was God loving somebody even though they're a sinner. He showed her mercy
But then
He tells her "Go, and sin no more"
He recognizes that even though she committed a terrible sin, He still loved her and was merciful to her. And He told her to stop doing that sin of adultery
Now, you can apply this to transgenderism
When they break that "male and female He created them", they're defying God and are also commiting a sin
But we still love them and respect them
We just can't condone the sin they're living in
So, He does tell us to love them and appreciate them
But love doesn't mean validation
It means correction and guidance
