Updated severiteez announcement template

I've decided to drop Allegiance, mostly due to the fact that I play GD to have fun and improve, and Allegiance has been so god awful to play for me when there's other levels that I simply wanna play instead. I might come back to it eventually, but as a new hardest I just can't bear sitting through it any longer.

I've also decided to instead go for the level Paranoia as a new hardest. I've been practicing it for a bit and it seems like an awesome level.
